แค้นเพื่อรัก A LOVE TO KILL เป็นภาพยนตร์ซีรีส์เกาหลีแนวโรแมนติกดรามา ผลงานของการสร้างของ KBS Media ประเทศเกาหลี ล่าสุดได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงรางวัล Asian Television Award 2006 สาขา Best Drama Series (ประกาศผลวันที่ 1 ธ.ค.49)

คัง บกกู เติบโตจากสถานเลี้ยงเด็กกำพร้า เขามีบุคลิกเงียบขรึม ดุดัน หาเลี้ยงตัวเองด้วยการเป็นนักมวยข้างถนน บนสังเวียนผ้าใบ บกกู มีฉายาว่า K-1 เขาผ่านการต่อสู้มาอย่างโชกโชน แต่ไม่มีใครเคยรับรู้ว่าเขามีปมอดีต และความแค้นที่ฝังลึกอยู่ในจิตใจ เมื่อ คัง มิงกู พี่ชายคนเดียวของเขาตัดสินใจฆ่าตัวตาย เหตุเพราะเสียใจที่ถูกหญิง คนรักหักอก เหมือนฟ้าไม่เป็นใจ มิงกู รอดชีวิตอย่างปาฏิหาริย์ แต่เขาต้องอยู่ในสภาพคนพิการไปตลอดชีวิต บกกู เสียใจกับ เหตุ
การณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นเป็นอย่างมาก เขาสัญญากับตนเองไว้ว่าจะต้องแก้แค้นหญิงสาวที่เป็นต้นเหตุของเรื่องราวทั้งหมดนี้ให้จงได้

ซา อินซอก ดาราสาวชื่อดัง คือเป้าหมายการแก้แค้นของ บกกู เขาเฝ้าติดตามชีวิตและความเคลื่อนไหวของเธอมาโดยตลอด และแล้ววันหนึ่งโอกาสก็มาถึง บกกูได้รับการว่าจ้างให้เข้ามารับหน้าที่เป็นบอดีการ์ด ดูแลรักษาความปลอดภัยให้กับ อินซอก แผนการทุกอย่างดูเหมือนจะเป็นไปอย่างไร้อุปสรรค ชีวิตของ อินซอก ถูกตีกรอบด้วยเกมการล้างแค้น แต่ทว่า...ผู้ที่ตกเป็นเหยื่อของเกมนี้กลับกลายเป็นตัว บกกู เอง

ความใกล้ชิดคือบ่อเกิดแห่งความรัก บกกู เริ่มเห็นความดีงามในตัวของ อินซอก เพิ่มขึ้นทีละน้อย จนจับความรู้สึกของตัวเองได้ว่า เขา หลงรัก อินซอก อย่างถอนตัวไม่ขึ้น เธอคือผู้หญิงที่เขาค้นหามาตลอดทั้งชีวิต

นอกเหนือจากความแค้นแล้ว ฮัน ดาจอง เพื่อนสาวจากสถานเลี้ยงเด็กกำพร้าซึ่งเคยช่วยชีวิต บกกู ไว้ คืออุปสรรคสำคัญในความรักระหว่างเขากับ อินซอก เพราะบกกูเคยให้สัญญากับ ดาจองไว้ว่า เขาจะมอบความรักให้กับเธอคนเดียวไปจนวันตาย

ด้าน คิม จุนซอง หนุ่มหล่อทายาทนักธุรกิจพันล้านที่ตกเป็นข่าวว่ามีความ สัมพันธ์ลึกซึ้งกับ อินซอก ประกาศหมั้นกับเธออย่างสายฟ้าแลบ โดยไม่ให้ อินซอก ตั้งตัว ทั้งๆ ที่เขาไม่ได้รู้สึกรักเธอแม้แต่น้อย แต่ที่ทำไปเพื่อรักษาหน้าตาของวงศ์ตระกูล และกลบข่าวลือที่ว่าเขาเป็น เกย์
